Control Panel
This is the EZ-Exerciser system control panel. The panel contains all controls necessary for operation of the EZ-Exerciser.
Drive and Tensioning Bracket
This is the EZ-Exerciser drive and tensioning bracket. This assembly is mounted near the hydraulic pump and control panel, with the bracket mounted toward the outer wall.
Electric Motor
This is the 5hp, 220 Volt, 1 PH electric motor coupled to the EZ-Exerciser hydraulic pump assembly.
Hydraulic Tank
This is the EZ-Exerciser hydraulic tank assembly. The vent cap at top, suction line to the right, and filtered return line in the forefront.
Adjustable Bracket
This is the EZ-Exerciser adjustable bracket. Adjustable brackets are normally mounted diagonally from the drive/tensioning bracket.
Solid Bracket
This is the EZ-Exerciser solid bracket. Brace chains/turnbuckles mount to opposing purlins near the roofline; chips/chains/turnbuckles are used on the backside of the bracket mount bolts and are secured to opposing purlins near the roofline.
